  •   Job Title: .5 District Testing Coordinator
    Employment: Part-Time, 12 months
    Reports to: Academic Department Leadership

    Qualifications:
    • Outstanding human relations skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Working knowledge of PC-based application software, including word-processing, database and spreadsheets.
    • Familiarity with multiple software platforms
    • Previous experience with district-wide assessments (IXL,NWEA AASA, AzSCI, benchmarks, etc.) preferred
    • High level, proactive problem-solving skills

    Essential Functions:
    The position will be responsible for implementing district assessments and supporting schools in understanding the district assessments, in effectively administering the assessments, and analyzing the results from the assessments to improve instruction.
    • Schedule assessment windows
    • Maintain confidentiality of student and teacher data
    • Upload student and teacher data to ensure accurate rosters
    • Ensure testing percentages will guarantee valid results
    • Work cooperatively with administration at all sites
    • Coordinate and assist each Site Assessment Assistant
    • Work cooperatively with all staff to best meet the assessment needs and requirements of the student and teacher population
    • Coordinate and train staff for assessment delivery
    • Highly organized
    • Ability to troubleshoot, detect errors, and resolve problems
    • Other duties as assigned
