    Supervises: Human Resources

    Job Summary:
    The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.

    Qualifications:
    • A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field or an advanced degree in school leadership preferred.
    • Experience with working in school systems preferred.
    • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.

    • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
    • Formulate career development plans

    • Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)
    • Supervise HR Directors and Department
    • Evaluate training and development programs
    • Develop HR policies
    • Develop and manage the evaluation processes of all talent of the organization.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools
    • Ensure HR plans align with Districe vision and mission objectives
